Born in 1970 in Yokohama.
He was interested in camera with the inspiration of his father.
On the other hand, he became a professional of social/ballroom dance.
At the age of 30 he was fascinated by the city of New York when he visited there for the first time. He was touched by the dream and the hope of the people living in New York and he got energy from the people of New York and as a professional photographer, he wanted to bring those energy into his photography.

Later, he studied at a photography school where his work was acclaimed. He became the chief photographer of digital photodrama [one by one]. He has dealt with a lot of still photos since he got involved in the movie directed by Junya Sato. He is an expert of portrait photography and seeks dramatic effect on photographs.

He wants to get the feelings of the actors through his pictures and wants to capture the deep side of them sharing space and time together.

1970年 横浜に生まれる。

カメラマンの父のもと、子供の頃からカメラには親しみがあったが敢えて別の道を選び、ボールルームダンスのプロ競技選手となる。

30歳の時に初めて訪れたニューヨークに魅せられ、そこで暮らす多様な人々の夢や想い、その街の生み出すはかり知れないエネルギーを写真に収めるうちにプロとしてフォトグラファーになることを決意する。

その後、写真学校で本格的に学び作品が評価され、デジタルフォトドラマ「1x1(ワンバイワン)」のメインフォトグラファーを務める。
雑誌、広告を中心に活動範囲を広げ、佐藤純彌監督の作品制作に携わったことをきっかけに映画のスティルフォトを数多く手がけ現在に至る。

人物撮影を得意とし、ドラマティックな演出効果のある写真を常に求められる。
